Usually "medical tourists" come from places like the U.S. and go elsewhere for cheaper but good-quality care and procedures, but this is a depressing reverse twist: rich medical tourists coming to the States for organ transplants - and being allowed to jump ahead of U.S. residents because they´re so lucrative for hospitals.
