Usually "medical tourists" come from places like the U.S. and go elsewhere for cheaper but good-quality care and procedures, but this is a depressing reverse twist: rich medical tourists coming to the States for organ transplants - and being allowed to jump ahead of U.S. residents because they´re so lucrative for hospitals. Frankly, I´m surprised the projected drop is only 5% or so - I bet anything it´ll end up being a lot more.
