A tour to discover cork (in Portugal, not the Irish city)

When we booked the "Algarve jeep safari," they promised a tour to the interior to show there was more to Portugal's southernmost region than beaches, bars and golf courses.     Hello All, As mentioned below, I will be traveling to Cancun, Riviera Maya and Laguna Bacalar in December-then to Cuenca, Ecuador for a month, then back to the Yucatan Peninsula for awhile. I will also be traveling to Belize during that time. In and around Cuenca I have an assignment on luxury real estate and will be looking at some luxe lodging also.
