Hey Kat. This is difficult to answer for the reasons we discussed earlier. Mundane astrology is tricky biz, since we often don't know exact times and in many cases, we have competing charts (for example, I have three Japan charts from impeccable sources, based on different constitutions, and you could make a valid argument for each). So just as with individual forecasts, we'd apply transits and progressions to the destination's natal chart.
You will still see both February Western and Chinese horoscopes posted shortly. In both, I note the discord indicated by A) The plethora of planets in Militant Mars (in freedom-loving Aquarius), all forming tense aspects, abetted by Jupiter's entrance into Mars-ruled impulsive Aries and Saturn retro, explains the clashes and revolts we're seeing worldwide and B) The Rabbit/Cat, the sign of diplomacy, is under the Metal influence this year, which lends it a, well, steely edge. That, too, suggests skirmishes if not outright warfare---followed by treaties. Which makes for many "not hot" destinations. The outlook for the next few months is stay close to home...
