My little comment turned into a nice discussion, sorry I missed it but I was traveling... Lana, you've got the right attitude and approach. An outfit may not pay enough to take a date to the movies, but sometimes it's a stepping stone to something bigger, part of establishing ourselves as experts in an area or whatever... Creativity and flexibility are the words du jour!

Great comments Lana. I just explained a similar experience to a PR person who wanted more print. Eventually, they will start valuing what the web can do numbers wise.

Heck, I'd settle for $1million!

Lee Foster and Kim Brown of the SF Bay Area get royalties on their guidebooks and both are finding that their iPhone editions (done by Sutro Media) are going to take less effort to update and probably net them more $$$.
