Jenolan Caves are about a three hour drive from Sydney and in spectacular country. Scrubby bush, wild escarpments and nearby Kanangra Walls, the most spectacular sandstone cliffs you can imagine. Also for bushwalkers (hikers) there's the 'six foot track' there where you can walk the rugged track for several days - if you're fit and brave enough. C'mon down, you're all welcome - if you are well behaved!

Jenolan Caves are great, there are a few, the Cathedral is great, especially if they have their local didgeridoo player putting on a performance. The acoustics of the cave make for amazing sound.

Buddy just told me an Aussie tourguide is about to offer tours of Jenolan Caves in Klingon. I remember a Star Trek show, maybe 15 years ago, where they used those caves. Anyone been there? Worth the trip?

Yes funnily enough the crocodile bit his leg before he managed to sit on the beast! But you would have to be seriously crazy or mentally deficient to attempt anything this crazy. Last crocs i saw in Darwin did not give me a very inviting vibe - especially the 80 year old monster but i did hold a 3 week old one and it was very soft and i thought what a lovely pair of shoes it would make!

DRUNKEN TOURIST TRIES TO RIDE AN AUSTRALIAN CROCODILE

The Telegraph (UK) reports that a man from eastern Australia visiting western Australia climbed into an enclosure with sea crocodiles and tried to mount one called Fatso. "Police said he had been ejected from a nearby pub for being too drunk before he decided to scale a barbed wire fence to get a closer look at the reptile and give him a pat...."

The local police chief reported, "He has attempted to sit on its back and the croc has taken offence to that." The guy is now recuperating in a hospital.
