Vallarta, From Mid December to April or May. It depends if tenants are leaving or not.. VIVA MI LINDO PUERTO VALLARTA.
I actually building soon in Punta Mita on the best beach North of PV by 25 minutes. It's very cool up there. A little quiet, by that;s the trade of ...Beautiful
beaches or closer to town. I call SFO to PVR my little for 3 hours back and worth to work.

Gecko Villa and Green Gecko in rural Northeast Thailand are not typical vacation rentals: both offer fully catered holidays, both are off the beaten path rather than in touristy zones, both have a minimum stay of only two nights, and guests at each are welcomed to the area and integrated in the local ways of life to they extent they choose by a local Thai family.

Green Gecko is a traditional Thai house with a private pool offering luxury stays, whilst Gecko Villa is a large country house on extensive grounds, again with a private swimming pool and its own emerald rice paddies.
