This morning I heard on the radio that a lot of people who planned to travel Christmas week decided not to do it because the airfares struck them as outrageous. Did you or anyone you know decide not to travel for this reason?

We have just received initial guidelines from the Spanish government reguarding minimum guaranteed service on Iberia Airlines during the two one-day work stoppages by one of our pilots' unions; we still need to translate these guidelines into a list of specific flights that will or will not be affected, and are working to do that very quickly. At least that will be in their minds when paying attention to the cleanliness of the planes which is good for me because I have a flight with them tomorrow.

I don't blame them for being upset, but do you think this merits a law suit?
Thanks for the warning. I am sure Delta can track me down. At least I did not sell to an individual; I acted in good faith with an air travel professional.
I will not be flying Delta, so they cannot deny me boarding.
The consolidator has reported to me that they already succeeded in redeeming the eCerts. I have met these people personally and trust them; if they do try and screw me, I guess I can always report them.
