Following itinerary 4 to 8 hours walk including rest on the way and one walk quite long which is Thorong la pass (5416m.) 8 to 10 hours walk including rest it depend your walk and every day stay in hotel.

Day 01:- Kathmandu to Chamje (1420m.) drive.
Day 02:- Chamje to Dharapani (1860m.).
Day 03:- Dharapani to Chame (2670m.).
Day 04:- Chame to Lower Pisang (3200m.).
Day 05:- Lower Pisang to Manang (3540m.).
Day 06:- Acclimatization day in Manang and look around view.
Day 07:- Manang to Shree Kharka (4000m.).
Day 08:- Shree Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp (4200m.).
Day 09:- Hike up to Tilicho lake (4919m.) where you spend few hour and back down to hotel and take your back pack to Shree Kharka (4000m.).
Day 10:- Shree Kharka to Churi Latter (4200m.).
Day 11:- Churi Latter to Thorong High Camp (4925m.).
Day 12:- Thorong High Camp to Muktinath (3800m.) via Thorong La pass (5416m.) 8-10 hours walk.
Day 13:- Muktinath to Pokhara (822m.) drive.
Day 14:- Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400m.) drive or fly.
