There is a tall viewing tower at Poon hill, but you do not have to climb it - you can still see amazing mountain views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna massif and unblocked sunrise just standing on the hill. You need to walk around an hour from Ghorepani early morning with a flashlight to go to the top of this hill during the Poon hill trek, Annapurna view trek, and the Annapurna base camp trek. If you are on the Annapurna circuit trek, you also reach this place at the end of your trip.
