Dominique Crenn was awarded a Michelin Star for Luce at the InterContinental San Francisco. Dominique shows some of her creations. She uses Sous-Vide method of cooking for much of what is served at Luce. The International Food Wine & Travel Writers Association honored her with an Award of Distinction in the Epicurean Arts. www.ifwtwa.org. Music is by www.interplayjazz.com.
