I have always been fascinated by Mongolia, including its very singular musical form known as throat singing (aka mouth music), made in a guttural voice and evoking the sensation of more than one pitch at a time. It´s truly amazing to hear - but of course not everyone´s cup of tea. Still, I hope to visit one day and hear it in person!
Anyway, the singer here is 54-year-old Batzorig Vaanchig, part of a musical group called Khusugtun, and who among other things had a cameo in the Netflix series Marco Polo as a throat singing musician in a military camp (I remember seeing that and being impressed). This song is "In praise of Ghenghis Khan," Mongolia´s national hero: "Blessed by the eternal sky./Born of the steppe./Everywhere in blue-skied Mongolia./His name resounds in the world..."

Interesting - but clearly an acquired taste!
