For Tempo Traveller Booking Confirmation for your next Manali trip, you need to make an advance payment for the due travel date and the type of vehicle required. Provide full names, date of travel, pickup & drop points at the time of booking to avoid scheduling issues. In case of bad weather conditions or unavoidable conditions, if the client cancels the booking within 24 hours, the booking can be postponed for further travel dates. In rare cases (vehicle breakdown, natural disaster, road closure on the Delhi-to-Manali route), we may cancel your booking and the advance payment will be refunded in such cas,e or an alternate vehicle will be provided.
The advance amount is non-refundable if cancellation falls under the “no-refund” period as per our cancellation policy.
- Time before scheduled pick up: 15 Days or More
- Cancellation Charge: 10% of the total cost
- Time before scheduled pick up: Less than 48 Hours
- Cancellation Charge: 100% of total cost
If you wish to change your travel date, we can reschedule, subject to vehicle availability and any extra charges. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
Please cancel in writing via email or WhatsApp with booking reference and date. For full transparency, all charges will be disclosed at time of booking at no hidden cost. The above policy is specific to our Delhi to Manali Tempo Traveller Rental Service and nearby hill-station routes; separate terms may apply for short local trips.
