There’s no place in the world quite like Western Australia, and it was an easy choice for my holiday destination. Western Australia provides a unique blend of nature, wildlife, and exciting manmade attractions. With such a large area to explore, it was hard for me to decide what I wanted to do while I was there. Truthfully, I loved the entirety of my experience. If I was forced to narrow it down to just five things I’d recommend to other travelers, these would be the shining stars that made my holiday incredible.
1. Exploring Jewel Cave
Not many places in the world can boast such breathtaking natural wonders as Jewel Cave. The cave itself looks like the lavish set of a fantasy film – it’s almost too good to be true. It’s not just a walking tour through a large tunnel. There are tons of stalactites and stalagmites everywhere. The ceiling of the cage looks like a stone age chandelier. Because the cave is open for tourists and regularly ventured into, you won’t have to worry about coming in contact with any dangerous wildlife. If you love Jewel Cave, there’s also Moondyne Cave, which is just a short distance away.
