The Samuel Waxman Cancer Research Foundation will celebrate its 11th Annual “A HAMPTONS HAPPENING” fundraiser for cancer research at the home of Maria & Kenneth Fishel and family, in Bridgehampton on July 11, 2015. 6:30-10 pm. Featuring renowned chefs/restaurateurs and caterers. Leading off this year will be Mauro Maccioni and the Le Cirque Group, which include Circo, Sirio’s and Le Cirque, as well as John DeLucie of Crown Group Hospitality, who will represent his highly acclaimed restaurants, Bill’s Food & Drink and The Lion.
In addition, 30-plus chefs will host their own tables. This year promises to have not only the largest amount of chefs, but the most varied menus to include, Asian, Indian, Organic, Seafood, as well as extraordinary tables hosted by the finest pastry chefs. There will be open bar, hot NYC DJ, Super Dave, provided by Allen Dalton Productions, who promises to pack the dance floor and a top-notch live and silent auction, featuring various experience packages, as well as one-of-a-kind luxury items, to run through the course of the evening.
Founding Chairs, Marion Waxman and Laurie Schaffran, will again be at the helm, with Pamela Morgan & Michael Trokel serving as the Event Chairs. The honorees for the evening are Marc J. Leder Co-CEO Sun Capital Partners and Bobby Zarin, Chairman, Zarin Fabrics and real estate developer. Luxury fashion house St. John is the Fashion Honoree.
