UNIQUENESS OF RANTHAMBHORE NATIONAL PARK
Ranthambore National Park also known as Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve Area derived its name from RANTHAMBHORE fort. The fort is located in the middle of the park. It was made 1000 years ago and since then it has witnessed major changes in this park. Also, this fort is listed as a World Heritage Site.
MORE ABOUT RANTHAMBORE NATIONAL PARK
Ranthambhore National Park is over the area of 400 sq. km. It is a land for over 40 species of mammals, 320 species of birds and 40 species of reptiles. As this land is dry and receives less rainfall therefore, it has a small number of amphibians.
Also, the land has a varied type of flora. There are over 300 species of fauna. Everything of this land is unique in itself.
