Mojave Desert Wildflower Watch

Friday, Saturday and Sunday were spent pushing deeper into Southern California's Mojave National Preserve. "Even though temperatures have started to climb, wildflowers continue to bloom. We found them at Amboy Crater, Kelso Dunes, the Lava Flows on Kelbacker Road, the Old Dad Mountains and Soda Lake", said Kevin Wong, owner of Mojave Desert Excursions. Mojave Desert Excursions offers small, personalized guided photographic opportunity tours of the Joshua Tree National Park, the Mojave National Preserve and adjacent regions. All skill levels are invited to participate. In addition to photographic tours, Mojave Desert Excursions offers Desert Ecology Tours, and Historical/Cultural Tours. Kevin Wong is a resident of the village of Joshua Tree and is a noted landscape and travel photographer.

The implication here is that the tires of some vehicles brands don't smell. I would argue that it is the attitude and consideration of two-legged varmit behind the wheel that matters most when it comes to treading lightly.
