The Impala park is an animal orphanage and a game sanctuary. This is where you can see the rare Sitatunga antelope. The Kisumu Impala Wildlife Sanctuary was initiated with an aim of protecting the impalas and serve as a safe grazing ground for hippos from the lake. The Kisumu Wildlife Sanctuary is located in an area of less than 1 km and has solve the problem of tyrant wild-game like baboons, hyenas and baboons.
