Join us for an incredible evening with culinary superstars Seamus Mullen, Carmen Quagliata, Michel Nischan, Tyler Florence, and Jacques Torres to celebrate the next generation of rising chefs.  We are honoring the quintessential culinary legend, Jacques Pépin, with the first annual Wholesome Wave “Mentorship Award” for his outstanding work in mentoring chefs and supporting advocacy.  Wholesome Wave increases affordable access to fresh, local, healthful foods in under-served communities across America. 6:30-9:30pm. Our gala will be a celebration of mentorship. We’ll honor founder & CEO Michel Nischan’s mentors Jacques Pépin and the late Michael Batterberry, raise funds for C-CAP scholars, and each guest chef will bring a sous chef/mentee to share unique hors d’oeuvres before dinner.

We will feature local, sustainable cuisine throughout the evening and debut Wholesome Wave’s private label wine, 2012 ONEHOPE Edna Valley Pinot Noir with limited-edition label artwork by Jacques Pépin. The event will also include a live auction hosted by Billy Harris
