Lucky are those people who can travel more than once a year. For most people, even if they want to travel, they find no time to schedule it because of the hectic schedule they have on their careers.

Making my people know that I value them in all aspects make them loyal and dedicated to what they do.
Making it an annual activity
Traveling needs a budget so I could not afford to do it more than once in a year. Making it more than that will depend on the income of my scrap car removal business. However, doing it on a yearly basis is already very much appreciated by my team. They always look forward to our travel bonding moments. We have different destinations every year, and we usually travel for three to four days. We are preparing itineraries, and we always look for different travel promotions online. Every travel vacation we do is our best time to really connect with each other. This is the best time to talk about different things and events in our lives.
