Comprehensive travel Itinerary
Day 01: - Delhi arrival & Stay
In the morning, we receive you from cruise terminal and transfer straight to the capital city New Delhi. Upon landing at Delhi you will be welcome in traditional manner and straight leave to unfolds the secrets of history by visiting the tallest tower built in 12th century Qutub Minar and also explore the Lotus Temple built in a shape of Lotus belongs to the bahai’s religion. Now the time comes to explore the colonial buildings the India Gate and drive past through the President house of India. In the evening explore the colorful markets of the city. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02- Delhi – Agra
After breakfast you will be checked out from hotel and transfer straight to the Mughal city Agra. Upon arrival you will be checked in to the hotel and relax. In the afternoon explore the visit of famous Agra Fort. This fort was built by Emperor Akbar and subsequent generations of Mughals laid their contribution. It houses palaces like Akbari mahal, Khas mahal, Jahangiri mahal, Deewan e aam, Dewan e khaas. Afterwards proceed to visit Taj Sunset view from Mehtab Bagh Garden which is located back of the Taj on the bank of river Yamuna. Your evening is free to explore the colorful markets of Agra city famous for handicrafts, leather articles and sweet known as Petha. Overnight stay at hotel in Agra.
Day 03: - Agra-Jaipur
After breakfast, you are supposed to visit the epitome of love-the Taj Mahal. This white marble edifice erected on the bank of river Yamuna took 22 years’ time to be finished. This is the supreme expression of love of a man for his beloved. The interiors of the cenotaph are highly decorated with the inlaid semi-precious stones. After lunch you proceed to visit. Afterward you will proceed to Jaipur on-route visiting the fabled ‘’city of ghost’’. Fatehpur Sikri This once capital of Mughal Empire was made by mughal king Akbar who as the folk lore goes was blessed by Sufi saint called Saikh Saleem Chishti. He built a string of royal places and a huge mosque saddled on top of hillock. But this marvelous city which was almost twice size of contemporary London was abandoned, after being in use for just 13 years on your arrival in Jaipur you will be checked in to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04: - Jaipur Sightseeing – Delhi return After a healthy breakfast we set off to visit Amber Fort saddled amidst the Aravalli hills, an elephant ride awaits you here and you get to see a fort displaying the fusion of Hindu and Islamic style of architecture. Now explore the City Palace where even today the royalty of Jaipur resides, here you will come closer to the royal life style, you can see hall of public audience (Dewaan-e-Khaas), Baggi Khana- a museum in the palace of music complex where you find amazing collection of Palanquin, Baggis etc. Later we take you to visit an observatory (Jantar Mantar) built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh in 18th century be amazed to see the old gadgets devised to know the various planetary positions. Also visit the Hawa Mahal or the palace of breeze this structure will surely entice you with its unique beehive design, this was made with an intention to facilitate royal ladies and allow them to observe daily life in the street below without being seen. In the evening enjoy shopping in Traditional markets famous for jewelry, fabrics, turbans etc. Later you will depart straight to Delhi city where we will drop you to hotel the pre-booked hotel for overnight stay.
Day 05: - Delhi Airport departure- Cruise terminal transfer
After a healthy breakfast we set off to Delhi airport to catch the return flight for onwards destination. Upon landing at the airport our staff will receive you and drop you back to the cruise terminal. Here the tour ends with sweet memories.
