The Huchuy Qosqo Trek connects the city of Cusco with the Sacred Valley of the Incas, it is one of the treks that combines natural and cultural attractions in one day.

The archaeological remains ofHuchuy Qosqoare located on the left bank of the Vilcanota River, on a mountain in front of the town of Lamay. Huchuy Qosqo was an administrative, economic and social center, with rectangular structures up to 2 levels, large squares and several agricultural terraces.

Huchuy Qosqo is a Quechua word, whose meaning is small Cusco (Huchuy = Small / Qosqo = Cusco), in this place historical events happened that made the Inca culture became the most important in South America.
