CHEF DANIEL BOULUD HOSTS ANNUAL SUNDAY DINNER AT DANIEL BENEFITTING CITYMEALS-ON-WHEELS. Three Michelin-Starred Chef Régis Marcon joins Chef Boulud as guest chef
Citymeals-on-Wheels Board of Directors Co-President Chef Daniel Boulud will continue his long-time support of Citymeals-on-Wheels with his famed Sunday Dinner at DANIEL. This year’s theme will be “Burgundy, Black Truffles and Blue Jeans.” This year, Boulud will be joined in the kitchen by Chef Régis Marcon, a 1995 winner of the world-renowned Bocuse d’Or culinary competition and co-owner of Hôtel et Restaurant Régis et Jacques Marcon. The three Michelin-starred Chef Marcon is also the current president of Bocuse d’Or France.
One hundred and fifty privileged guests will indulge at three Michelin-starred DANIEL, one of New York’s most elegant dining destinations, as they are served a splendid late winter menu celebrating black truffles. The dinner will be paired with fine red and white Burgundy vintages chosen by Head Sommelier at DANIEL Raj Vaidya.
5:30 PM: Cocktail reception and silent auction; 6:30 PM: Seated dinner and live auction. DANIEL 60 East 65 St, www.danielnyc.com. The evening will include silent and live auctions of rare and large format wines, specialty gourmet selections and one-of-a-kind travel and dining experiences.
