 Filled With Ideas

This in-depth Barbados travel guide contains everything you need to plan a memorable trip on the island. It includes the top activities including restaurants, hotels, and much more.

A few weeks ago, I came back to Barbados, located in the Caribbean. This was my first visit to the island and even though I've visited some islands in the Caribbean islandsbefore, I like how different they are. They each have their own unique character, culture, and landscapes.

Take some time to explore the splendid attractions of this place, and make your trip worthwhile. While booking your flights from New York to Barbados, don’t just fool around restaurants and tall buildings. Instead, take a good note of what’s under the table.

Is Barbados Worth Visiting?

Barbados is relatively flat in comparison to other islands, because it's the only one with no volcanic origin. It's also famous for its stunning turquoise waters with its beautiful beaches, and the infamous Rum punch! Just take the time to look at this beautiful picture of Crane Beach - isn't it amazing?

If you're thinking of planning your own trip to Crane Beach and want to know more details in my article on Crane Beach to Virgin Holidays' Trending Travel Guide.

A few weeks before my visit, I discovered that more Brits go to the island more than any other nation. Many visit because of the (almost) assured beautiful beaches and warm weather.

If you're reading Barbados reviews on the internet, you may find some skepticism. Some people love Barbados so much that they come back every year, whereas other prefer to go to less-developed or popular Caribbean islands.

As a foodie and adventurer in my core, I was determined to go beyond the beach and discover what else this island has to offer. I wanted to try the food, experience the beautiful landscapes, and feel the pulsating heartbeat of this nation that is independent. From the southern coast to the north Saint Lawrence Gap to Crane Beach The fun from Crop Over Festival, to the fascinating heritage of the island, I could not wait to discover the island in depth.

The tour was designed to appeal to all five senses. This includes everything from sampling the local rum to visiting the stunning underground caves as well as listening to Rihanna herself (yes actually!) It's time to go on a sensory overdrive in Barbados! So, whether you're seeking the thrill of food, adventure, or just a relaxing time, I've got you covered with a wealth of wonderful ideas that I've packed in my Barbados travel blog.
