It takes around 2 hours to hike to Gokyo Peak from the lodge. Once you reach the summit of the Gokyo Ri, the views of the Everest Himalayas, attractive massive glaciers,s and tranquil Gokyo Lakes amaze you. You have an opportunity to hike this hill station during the Cho La pass trek, which is a combination of two different treks Everest base camp and Gokyo Lakes. The Everest high passes trekkers also reach here before crossing Renjo La.
