Physically unprepossessing but well worth a visit for its exhibition of the three-month genocide by Hutus against Tutsi in 1994, which devastated this country and whose effecs are still being felt nearly 30 years later (for example, one of the genocide's masterminds, Felicien Kabuga, just went on trial in the Hague).
