Woodlands Beach on the island of Montserrat

Halfway down the west coast, this quarter-mile black-sand beach (like most of the ones on the island) bookended by cliffs is counted as travel site UncommonCaribbean.com's favorite Montserrat strand, and offers some good snorkeling near the cliffs to the south.  Amenities are few, but there's a covered pavillion with concrete benches and tables, running water, and toilet facilities.
