Here's a rough outline itinerary for the Everest Base Camp trek, including key altitudes at each major point:

Day 1: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840 meters / 9,318 feet). Trek to Phakding (2,610 meters / 8,563 feet).

Day 2: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters / 11,286 feet).
