  I saw terror in people’s eyes a few weeks ago when our earthquake ripped Christchurch apafrt -- hundreds dead; cost about $30billion and a third of the city destroyed.

  So many of ourf lives destroyed and shattered.

   So many tears in the street to be shed yet. But nothing as terrifying as Japan's tragedy.
