Hello Harold,
I am Stefano, owner of a small structure in Umbria. I firmly believe in traditional and seasonal cuisine and I am , in my previous life I was a chemist, a chef and a passionate student of ancient kitchen. We also organize cooking classes dedicated to a few people and on defined issues as, for example, the traditional Umbrian cuisine or the medieval kitchen, and tastings of organic and traditional products including some products directly produced by us, such as extra virgin olive oil or meat from Chianina beef.
I saw your profile and I think we could have interesting relationships or friendship.
Best regards
Good evening, Harold, and welcome to go-lo! It's wonderful to have a travel/tourism professional of your background and experience with us -- and we think you'll find our site productive as well as interesting and enjoyable.

FYI, you may also add a box to your profile that includes text, photos, and even video about yourself and your company (whose name and web site you may want to mention, to better help our members reach you).
Finally, if you would, please be so kind to spread the word among your travel-interested friends, family, colleagues, and clients. We wish you a great rest of the summer, and look forward to hearing more from you!
