  • Come to Napa and Sonoma...if you need any help on wineries..homes to rent or just some suggestions...give me a call
    • yes Napa and Sonoma are great, thanks for the info, but don't forget about the Central Coast, it has started to give the two big ones a run for it's money, at least when it comes to Pinot. Also fabulous Rhone varieteals coming out of both, Santa Ynez Valley (Beckmen, Demetria) and Paso Robles (Alta Colina, Tablas Creek)....and lots more. Hope to see y'all on the Central Coast some time! Same here if you need any info, let me know, I operate two inns, an award winning restaurant (Mirabelle Inn and Restaurant and Meadowlark Inn , www.solvanginns.com,and Bacchus Culinary Adventures, www.bacchusca.com,  for wine and food tours.

      Cheers!

  • Lake County, CA is crankin' out the new wineries like nobody's business. Due in part to the climate but also very low land prices. Hopefully cities like Lakeport will benefit from all the cash inflow.
