When it comes to the T&C, it seems much of the attention goes to Provo - especially Grace Bay. And having been there, I certainly get that. As I write this, Hurricane Fiona is passing over the TCI, but in the meantime, last month they were chosen by TripAdvisor users as this fall's "top trending destination" - not just in the Caribbean but in the entire world - as reported by Reader's Digest. The question is, will the resulting damage set this paradise isles back in the ever-important winter tourism stakes?
