Good news for anyone who posts blogs on Tripatini: Our system used to limit the number of characters you could put in a blog URL to 30, which limited the searchability of these blogs on Google. But we have now expanded that limit to 65 characters. This is a huge improvement that allows you to put more keywords into the URL and, knock wood, raise your standing in the Google search ranks.
EXAMPLE
Last week part 1 of a blog series on Tripatini about visiting North Korea was titled:
North Korea Travel: Pyongyang Finally Starting to Open Up?
The blogger had come up with a header that got keywords "North Korea," "travel," and "Pyongyang" into the URL, but she didn't have a prayer of getting "visit" in there, as you see when you look at the URL:

One week later the blogger posted part 2 of the series:
North Korea Travel: Visit to Downtown Pyongyang
This time the new-improved URL is longer, accommodating the keyword "visit:"
