Madrid and Seville info needed for upcoming press trip

Hi there! I'm on a press trip to Madrid and Seville soon and am looking for a luxury hotel in each place, as well as local restaurants. Both will be featured in numerous articles.

When I'm in Madrid, I usually stay at the Eurobuilding 2, at Calle Orense 69. (It's really a bit more hotel than I need, but convenient for what I want to do in the city) Check them out at http://www.eurobuilding2madrid.com/
