I would strongly recommend that you read Kelly Monaghan's books - they are invaluable!! You can find them at http://hometravelagency.com/
Also Tom & Joanie Ogg have some great books as well, and those can be found on Amazon. Just do a search under "books" for tom ogg joanie ogg travel"
I'd also recommend finding a local travel agent that would be willing to serve as a mentor as well.
