Calling All Agents: Benefits to be grabbed by selling London and Paris Sightseeing Passes
Europe, May 12 2010: Tourism specialist Leisure Pass Group is giving travel agents the opportunity to grab a slice of the lucrative attraction ticket market by signing up to sell its popular London and Paris Sightseeing Passes.
The pre-paid ‘smart card’ passes give tourists entry to the most popular visitor attractions in the two European capital cities and have, until recently, been mainly available direct to consumers, and via large online travel agencies.
Leisure Pass sales manager Peter Muttitt explained: “The passes sell well online to travelers who are putting together their own breaks away. But we know that there are plenty of travel agents out there who are doing great city-break business and could really make the most of such a fantastic add-on.
“When people travel to London and Paris they invariably go there to see the sights. Our passes effectively give agents commission on the entrance fees, while the customer benefits make it especially easy for retailers to demonstrate their expertise and the value they bring to the booking process.”
London and Paris Sightseeing Passes allow users fast-track entry at a number of the busiest attractions as well as great savings when visiting a number of sights. They also come with the additional benefit of a free guidebook, complete with a raft of offers and money off deals at top shops and restaurants. By paying upfront, users can plan their trip and budget accordingly.
