Good Day,

We are developing a travel planning website (and possible mobile application) which will be open to the public, as well as licensed to B2B users.

The website is proprietary and so if you are interested, a NDA is required to continue discussion.

If you are interested in cooperating with us on this project, please send me an email at ophir @ wi.rr.com (remove spaces) with your name, company's website as well as street address.

There is no upfront payment required from you to participate in our project. When our website is ready in a few weeks (you will see it before it is published), we will ask you for a web banner (or we will create one for you) which will be put up on our website for any user searching travel in your country. You can either pay us agreed commissions for bookings resulting from the website, or you can pay us a monthly/annual advertising fee.

If your company has an affiliate commission structure on your website (a link that informs you the booking came from our referral), please let us know about this in your email.

Requirements:

1. Be accredited and insured as required by law in your country, and ready to provide proof if asked.

2. Have a website in English (can be in addition to other languages).

3. A signed NDA (we will send you one following your email contact).

4. Be located in your country of specialty.

5. Have wholesale agreements with local suppliers such as hotels and transportation companies (not a third party).

We are currently not seeking tour operators in: Turkey, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Cyprus, Malta, South Africa and Ethiopia. Any other country worldwide is welcome.

Of course, this will be all contingent on yours and our interest in working together and signing an agreement.

I look forward to hearing from you and to the pleasure of making your acquaintance.

Best wishes for your continued success,

Ophir Ben-Yitschak
