Currently all the tour in Bhutan is regulated by Bhutan government through tourism council of Bhutan, where the daily tariff is fixed at USD 200, 230, 240 depending on the size of group since 1974 when Bhutan was opened to tourism for the first time. which every travelers feels it is too expensive.
