  • My daughter (12) and I plan on spending a week or so in Switzerland in July or August. Might anyone have suggestions for kid-fun activities or places to visit? I'm not sure if we're flying into Zurich or Geneva. Any ideas would be most appreciated!

    As some of you know through my posts on other groups, I'm fascinated by public relations efforts that are all about damage control. This qualifies:

    ABC News reports that increasing numbers of tourists are visiting Switzerland for assisted suicides, and, as Switzerland's tourism minister says, the whole business is making Switzerland look bad.

    Should Switzerland put an end to this?
