I've often experimented with new recipes for making cocktails from scratch but now I want to go a little further. On this week's Cocktail Hour at The World on Wheels, I'm making a batch of beer.
Not just any beer, this time I'm going for a Belgian Dubbel Ale. It's a four-week process that we'll break into two parts. Today's video is the 2-hour brewing process edited down to 5 minutes. Two weeks from now, if everything goes right, I'll bottle it then 2 more weeks conditioning in the bottle and we'll taste test.
