India, Singapore and Berlin Publicists and Suggestions

Hi--Heading on my own vacation to India (Delhi, Rajasthan and Kolkata), but I have a confirmed assignment for a culinary magazine I will be working on as well as a cocktail feature for Liquid Living.  Even though I am roughing it with my best friend, I am still seeking PR firms or others that rep better bars and restaurants, especially in Kolkata.  Also with regards to Singapore (which I know has an incredible cocktail scene through the nice woman at the tourism board), I am spending a day there en route to India, but I may want to extend my stay there for two days on the way back to the states if anybody knows PR firms who represent hotels and restaurant that host writers.  India is more important, however.

Later in the fall, around September, I may be headed to Berlin on an independent FAM, which means that my flight and lodging are covered but I need to find restaurants and clubs on my own...any leads to publicists for food and spirits there would be hugely appreciated.

I will be happy to reciprocate with some of my own contacts for LA, California and other places.
