The Rincón International Film Festival, April 12-16, 2011, held in various venues in Rincón, Puerto Rico presents the best of independent and international films, short and feature films, in various genres including surfing, horror, romantic comedies, dramas, documentaries, animations and music videos.
This film festival presents a wonderful assortment of creative films from around the world. RIFF also has specialized category awards for Puerto Rican filmmakers.
This year The New York Film Academy, one of the sponsors, will also give a scholarship award to an up and coming Puerto Rican director.
