Hello, folks! As you may have heard, Sept. 8-9 we'll be conducting the 3rd annual Travel Blogger Show (co-sponsored by ASTA, Gadling.com, and Allianz Global Assistance) during the upcoming trade show of ASTA's big annual trade show at the L.A.convention center. We will have nearly 200 attendees who are bloggers or blogging members of the travel trade, as well as an A-list roster of speakers, including Don George (Lonely Planet/Gadling.com), Matt Long (Landlopers.com), Ben Reed (AdventuresWithBen.com), Bethany Salvon and Randy Kalp (BeersandBeans.com).

What we'd like to ask is if any of your clients might be interested in providing travel or hospitality prizes to be awarded during one of the conference sessions and a Saturday-evening "tweet-up" reception. It could be a tour package, hotel nights, spa visits, restaurant meals, products such as luggage, or any number of other goods and services I'm probably leaving out. In the past we have offered all the above and more, such as overseas WiFi service.


The benefit to them will include not only being brought directly to the attention of our highly influential speakers and nearly 200 other bloggers from throughout North America and beyond, but also inclusion in press releases, media kits, and extensive liveblogging, tweeting, and Facebooking before, during, and after the three components of the event (Saturday session, Saturday reception, Sunday session).
