Travel Writing Workshop

I am presenting my 21st year of a Travel Writing Workshop this June 19 & 20 up in Hudson NY, 90 miles north of NYC. Over the years, most of them in winter down in Key West, I have had several PR people attend, including one director of a state tourism office's PR division.     Your website doesn't give any hotel suggestions....are there hotels within easy walking distance of the conference center?
