"High touch" online sales

As I think most Tripatini members will attest, many of the products and services we sell require a "high touch" personal approach.  They are just not well suited to the search and buy methodology of typical shopping cart engines. 

Which companies have best integrated the efficiencies of the internet with the personal service offered by well trained sales personnel? 

Will we see a resurgence of old fashioned relationship selling?  Or is this just wishful thinking?
