These are fantastic courses... at a price... for the average golfer who wants to meet locals...rather than other tourists....I would highly recommend playing local town and village courses where you will meet the local members at very reasonable prices. Balclutha Golf Club comes to mind as one of the friendliest and welcoming group of little ball hitters anywhere.
