  • Long one of America's premiere winter destinations, Lake Tahoe is a lot of fun in the summer too. One of our favorite destinations at The World on Wheels, here's the start of our report on this great lake: http://tinyurl.com/yzufhx4

  • At The World on Wheels today, our summer-long tour of the Golden State continues. Geologists say that miners only took out 1/3 of the gold in the Motherlode...2/3 remains. We try to make a dent in that number, along with a day on the shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe: http://tinyurl.com/2elswxg

  • Las Vegas is my favorite U.S. destination. I'm heading there again in a few weeks for visit number 10! If anyone would like advice on best hotels, best steaks (I'm working my way through all of the celebrity eateries), best pools, best insider secrets, best deals - I'm your girl!
  • PLEASE CLICK HERE if you'd like to help a fellow Tripatini member with advice on booking for New Year's Eve in Vegas. Thanks so much!
  • Hey Stewart. Thanks! We actually went to the Grand Canyon and to Hoover Dam and the drive was beautiful. But I'll add Red Rock Canyon to the list for next time.
  • @Travel By Karul I dont have any deals but just a suggestion... you should take a day off the strip and tour the desert. Red Rock Canyon is just 15 minutes from vegas. http://www.bergoiata.org/fe/various/america_csg028_red_rock_canyon-...
  • Just got back from a wonderful 6 day bday trip to Las Vegas! It was my first time going and I had a great time. Lots to do even for those of us who aren't all about drunkeness and nudity. We are already planning our next visit. If anyone can suggest packages for New Year's that don't cost an arm, a leg and half a torso please speak up! :-)
  • Hi everyone - I'm new here and would like to connect with others in the Reno area. Hope to hear from you!
