Looking back in time can be both harrowing and rewarding sometimes. I got a chance to experience this when an old video I hadn't seen in twenty years surfaced, an old VHS tape from a trip to Puerto Vallarta that we took 21 years ago.

My wife and I had been married just six years and Tim was but a wee lad of 5. It was a time when traveling with Tim and his chair were much easier...mostly because he only weighed about 40 pounds back then...and we spent almost every October during the decade down on Vallarta's lovely beaches.

Besides seeing the hideous 80's hairstyles we were sporting, it was nice to see this week-long trip...mostly spent on the shores of Conchas Chinas and Mismaloya beaches...and how quaint it all was back then.

The tape had around 90 minutes of video on it but by editing out those hideous hairdos and other fluff, we've got it down to around 10.

It's our new video, made from old video, called "Found Footage: 1992" and is now embedded in our Puerto Vallarta report from 1998 at The World on Wheels. Come on by and take a look at the crew and Puerto Vallarta from 21 years ago.
