Though still not 100% recovered from 2005's Hurricane Katrina, today one of America's most singular cities is most definitely back, and in areas like the French Quarter you'd never know anything had been amiss. The jazz, the dining, the partying -- the Big Easy seems to be letting the bons temps rouler with all its old passion.     One of the many events highlighting the upcoming Katrina anniversary will the the Grand Opening of the New Orleans Healing Center.  It's an "only in New Orleans" story of an old furniture store completely transformed by a visionary couple, one of whom is  a Voodoo priestess and the other a noted developer specializing in redevelopment of historic property.
