Now Anyone Can "Make a W1SH" from the World's Tallest Freestanding Tower.
"W1SH RIBBON," a monument to the suffering of and hope for the people of Japan and the world during the COVID-19/Coronavirus pandemic, was installed on September 25 on the 350-meter-high Tembo Deck of Tokyo Skytree the tallest free-standing tower in the world (635m/2,080 feet), operated by Tobu Tower Skytree Co., Ltd. The monument represents the stalwart perseverance of humankind to overcome this obstacle to public health and normal life. Visitors are given the opportunity to write their own wishes on the ribbon and tie it to the monument.
